Limits, like fears, are often just an illusion.– Michael Jordan
Accomplishing great things in athletics is never easy and rarely done alone. Like all of us, you need your family, friends, coaches, teammates, and a host of others to work with you to help you progress to the best of your ability in sports. In today’s culture, participating in competitive athletics may feel too big and may be becoming no longer fun for you. You may feel overbooked, overworked, overstretched, and over-committed, sometimes you may be close to “losing it.” You may find yourself on an emotional roller coaster that doesn’t allow you to perform your best. I want to work with you to help you find balance, freedom, and clarity in the path you are walking. I want you to see and experience the best version of you. I want you to love your sport and know that you are the healthiest and most grounded version of yourself.
As an mental strength coach that works within the athletic domain, my relationship with students is unique. I am a “hired hand” with a specific purpose. My job is to prepare you to make your strongest version of you on the court or your field of play. I am ready to guide you to take your strongest steps and in the most balanced and healthy way.
If you are between the ages of 14-21, and you desire to perform at a higher level athletically, or you simply want to learn how to find balance and healthy perspective withing the context of sports, I would love to have a conversation with you about how to help you move to the next level.
If you’re a high-achieving athlete and you find that performance anxiety is having a negative impact on your ability to perform at your best during practice or during athletic events, I want to help you pursue and achieve your goals in an objectively strong and healthy way.
Feel free to contact me to get more information, or ask your parents to get in touch with me. I would love to see if we’d be a good fit to work together.
